How long does shipping take and where do you deliver?
Helian Group delivers throughout Egypt. Once your order is processed and shipped from the warehouse, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.
Are there any restrictions on ordering?
Yes, Helian Group has specific ordering limitations. Orders that exceed 10 items in total or 10 items of a single product will be automatically cancelled. Additionally, during special promotions or “Big Deals,” customers are limited to placing only one order per person.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Helian Group allows returns of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped products, but with specific conditions. You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt and return any problematic items on the spot. Unfortunately, the company cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 5 days from receipt or if the product packaging has been opened or the product used.

Refund and Exchange Policy
- Review your order once you receive it, if the products that you’ve received are damaged or faulty or do not match the order you have placed, please ensure you return them to us on the spot.
